The Promotion Club of Jamestown is organized for the specific purpose of Public Improvements, Historical Preservation and Public Education. The Club’s Board of Directors, Downtown Merchants and General Public meet once a month to review planned events, and discuss public improvements within the context of our historical preservation, community and how to integrate these improvements with the community’s rich history in gold mining, movies and Railtown 1897.
